All employees of the city will be held accountable for their employment roles. Just like any business, they will need to show good attitudes, great customer service, and always being a strong part of the team!

The Mayor is meant to be the leader of the community.

No matter what help an employee needs to be successful, the Mayor needs to either supply them with the reasonable means to achieve their task, or physically help them, in order for them to succeed at their jobs.

As Mayor, Jordan will be there for any and ALL employees to make sure the jobs get done, on time and consistently.
